摘要：概括近五年国内外精神分裂症发病机制及治疗靶点的热点研究，归类介绍神经递质异常、基因位点与表观遗传学、免疫异常、神经发育异常等方面的研究进展及相应潜在的治疗靶点。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the hot research on the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of schizophrenia, and introduces the research progress of neurotransmitter abnormalities,gene locus and epigenetic, dysimmunity and neuro-developmental abnormalities.Corresponding to potential therapeutic targets are included.
